I'm Alice Cadman and I grew up with completely ‘normal’ vision. When I was in my early twenties, I found out, following a routine opticians appointment (and a few hospital trips) that I have Stargardt’s Disease.

Stargardt’s is a rare, inherited eye condition which causes central vision loss.

Since then, I've been learning how to live with central vision loss. I'm passionate about sharing my story and raising awareness of visual impairment.
